The Production Home Building Competition for four-year programs’ undergraduate and graduate students challenges students to identify an opportunity for a large home builder to develop property, build homes and produce a return on investment in a given market, simulating scenarios faced by production home builders.

The 2025 NAHB Student Competition will be held at the 2025 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Feb. 25-27.

Oct. 15, 2024 — Registration Deadline*
Oct. 15, 2024 — National Housing Endowment IBS Scholarship Application due
Nov. 19, 2024 — Team List Due (completed through registration portal)
Dec. 3, 2024 — Last Day to Withdraw from Competition
Dec. 17, 2024 — Projects Due (completed through registration portal)
Feb. 24-25, 2025 — Presentation Dates (in-person, Las Vegas)
Feb. 26, 2025 — Judges Debriefing
Feb. 26, 2025 — Award Ceremony (in-person, Las Vegas)

Entry Requirements
